Grand Sports Arena now offers indoor flag football!  This league will start on Wednesday, April 10th and be 5 regular season games plus the playoffs.  Team fees are $550 and the league champion will win a bar prize and a trophy!

Games will be 8 on 8 where all players are elegible receivers.  Mandatory captains meeting is on Friday, April 5th at 7:30 pm here at Grand Sports Arena.

BASIC LEAGUE RULES Out of bounds line is 2.5 feet from walls, pushing out of bounds is prohibited (penalty 5 yards, automatic 1st down) All players are eligible, must call punt, field goal or no declare on 3rd down. NO RUSH ON PUNTS. Teams provide own balls and flags. Only flag belts allowed are fixed three flag belts. Regulation size balls. Games will take place on Wednesday nights. Start times are 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and 10:00 PM. 25 minute halves, running clock except inside two minute warning. 2 timeouts per half per team. MANDATORY Captains meeting on Friday April 5, 2013 at 7:30 PM. Meeting will be held at Grand Sports Arena.
