This is a recreational flag football league for players under the age of 11 held at Grand Sports Arena on Saturday mornings with practice on Wednesday.  Players are encouraged to have football experience but it is not necessary.  Player registration for this recreational league is on an individual basis, our first week will be an evaluation where players will be ranked and placed on teams in an equal manor
